Most orders received before 11:00 AM (PST) Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders are not processed and shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that expedited shipping methods may not be available to all locations and addresses and we cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier. Shipping delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your products. If you are unhappy with an item you purchased you may return it under the following conditions:
The product must be unused/uninstalled and in its original packing with all the materials.
The product must be returned in no more than 30 days from receipt.
Any items that are customized are NOT returnable
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the product was damaged or a different product from the one ordered.
You must contact us if you want to return an item, we will provide with an RA number. The item must be returned with an RA and must be shipped no more than 10 days from receiving the RA number.
Shipping costs will not be refunded if you choose to return an item.
If you choose to cancel your order after your order has been shipped, this return policy applies. You must take delivery of the purchased products, contact us for an RA number so you can return your items. If you do not take delivery of your products, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
We will credit your account once we receive the items back. If you paid using a credit card, we will credit your account and if you paid using a check or money order, we will send you a check within two weeks of receiving your return.
